The most useless service provider Ive ever had to deal with. A lot of mornings the internet is down. Also about every second month they dont process the the eft payment and put off the internet for about two days even after we have sent the proof of payment. Its so unprofessional and suggest you look elsewhere for internet.Edit: Guess what, gave them another chance. Same thing happened again. Switch of our internet after we prepaid in full. Switching ISP tomorrow.

We are new clients and only with them for 1 month, the wifi has been disconnected for 7 days and counting now! Very unreliable and unprofessional. I have messaged, called, e-mailed but still no action on their end. Disappointed and frustrated at Virtual Comms.

Hello, Does Virtual Comms, have coverage over the whole North West?

Internet bad speed been with them for over a year was good but the last 4 months bad bad bad cant get for what I pay for 12MB speed not constant up and down all the time.
