PnP hypers are where I shop.The Klerksdorp one is certainly up to expected standard.

Good shopping experience. Good variety. Nice specials and competitive prices.

Products are plentiful and the pricing is fair. However . . .the constant lack of open till points is a major annoyance. When I was there the last time; less than half the tills were open, long queues of people and to top it all off - 4 separate till points closed while people will still in line waiting. We used to go there because of convenience; Id much rather drive further for a less frustrating experience.

Unable to get assistanc staff just ignored me walked away. Got super friendly service and assistance at HiFi Corp and was able to buy a new TV

Wirri, From the electrical appliances, on the 9th of july i bought a russel hobbs electrical infinity citrus press and he knew absolutely the product and i asked him questions about other electrical appliance and he knew immediately what i meant... He was so friendly, and so patient with me. Well mannered, perfectly nice... I give him 120 percent, im a 74 year old and big ups tp pick n pay staff. Thanks.

The usual good good. I encountered an employee who was having an off day. I was patient and all ended well, the person felt better for off loading on someone safe. Be nice with workers, we dont know what storm they are going through.

I went there for fresh flowers twice. One time for a birthday party and the other for a funeral. I found what I was looking for each time. I enjoyed the friendly service too. They were willing to keep flowers for me for later and they were still as fresh as I left them. Thank u guys. Keep up the good work.

Staff (internal) can be more visible and more helpful to assist. Some of them appear to be ducking and diving and then the odd ones are glued to their cell phone, especially in the area of the hardware / pool stuff.The cashiers are friendly and good.

My husband and I thought about our experience at Pick n Pay Hyper Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp, today and it was unremarkable. Just the way I like it. Goods were well displayed. Staff was friendly and helpful when we browsed the coolers and fast with delivery of the cooler we decided upon. No bells and whistles just good old get it done as fast as possible shopping. Just the way I like it.

I called in advance to check if the TV I wanted was in stock. When I said I was driving from Potchefstroom to collect the TV, 5he staff was kind enough to reserve a TV for me and register the TV to my TV license ahead of time. When I arrived I just paid and was on my way home. Very happy with the service I received.

Old cakes the bakery is a mess with old stuff I wanted to buy the slice of a cake for my girlfriend I was so disappointed the lady tha was helping me couldnt cut the cake because it was so hard like a rock. They really need to improve

Its a great place to shop, mostly has everything you need. Just dont buy the pre-cooked spinach and butternut, the spinach is not properly cleaned it still had sand in.

Store is in need of a revamp. Wide variety of products. Staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Store has been serving the community for more than 40 but need to relearn to treat the customer better.
