Rude nurses who abuse the elderly! I have never seen such heartless human beings before in my life, our elders deserve respect and the nurses physically and emotionally abuse them. They should be in prison not working with sick people in a hospital.

After my first visit to this government clinic I was sceptical at first but after the ball started to roll it went good, sometimes you have to help yourself and ask questions to keep the ball in motion. 👍🏻

I received a very bad treatment together with my mother and daughter who was admitted. A nurse called ma ngwenya in ward6 was so rude she was asking my mum why is passing up and down when she was taking dirty sheets of my daughter to a laundry room. She did everything for my child because after her operation she wasnt mobile. And the yone she used yelling at my mum was so bad. Other 2 nurses the night before i came to visit my child, they were also cheaking my mum and going as far as saying my childs tummy must bust.I reported to a male matron who sat us down and listened to both our story but only apologized. Am coming for those ladies with everything i got and since my child spent a month there until today they better pray she makes it and i have all the proof on my phone even for every unnecessary operation done on her. Incase her file disappears.

To the staff of ward 6, a big thank you for caring for my sister, Elizabeth Kruger in your highcare unit on 29 and 30 Oct. I am from Johannesburg, and I wish the people there can realize how lucky they are to have such a great government hospital in you vicinity. Friendly, professional staff, clean and organized wards, clean bed linen, clean grounds. What a pleasure it was seeing this and knowing my sister was in good hands. My sister left us on Tuesday 30 Oct 2018 around 1pm. When we went past the hospital on our way back to Johannesburg, we arrived at approximately 10:30, and was not turned away by either the guard at the gate or the ward staff. When I saw my still unresponsive sister, I knew I was saying goodbye for the very last time. I sobbed and the ward sister put her arms around my neck, hugging me as if she felt my pain. Then went over to my husband and gave him a hug. The Doctor saw us and told us to prepare ourselves for the worst, there was nothing they could do for her but keep her comfortable and pain free. She still had intravenous drips in, and still got medicated through it. And for that, I am truly grateful. Not once did it seem asif she was just a number, but rather a person who still experienced pain. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. As we left, my husband phoned my brother in law and told him what the Dr had said. He rushed from work to be at his wifes bedside, but the arrogant guard at the gate refused him entry. He wouldnt even phone the ward to check. My brother in law (Johan Kruger) had to wait until visiting hour. By the the time he got to her bedside, it was too late. To the guard at the gate at that time, I wish the same upon you... But to the staff and doctors of Tshepong Hospital, I would be honored to be a patient in your hospital. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Kruger and Potgieter families.

No good death trap.theres 50 patients and one bathroom .the public restrooms look and smell even worse. Half the doctors dont even speak proper english.u have to bribe the nurses to do there job.the wards are horrible like something out of a horror movie. Bed sheets stained with God knows what.the beds are older than Moses.the windows are open and in summer if the heat does not kill you the insects will.never mind the super virus/diseases that run rampage .And if you survive when you came back for check ups its a different doctor that changes your medication every single time.if you have to do a op ..go in do it and go home ...thats the only way ull survive .not even superman can survive a day in that hell hole
