Apparently, the printer was not working. So the lady at the door asked me to leave the documents that I was bringing with her and she assured me that they will call.So Ill wait for that can, and Ill update this review

Ive received excellent service from Gems in the 8 years that Ive been a member.

I* have been phoning since January for a claim outstanding since November. Every time a different excuse is given!!!!

If it wasnt for its monopoly on public servants It would have long closed. Worst service and I can safely say It is Shittiest medical aid by far.
