Very very profetional and helpfull. They sorte out a problem that i have with DSTV for 3 months in 1 day

The lady was very helpful but could not help with check to Internet connection on the decoder. I think their Internet is very bad...

Dirty shop, somewhat lethargic staff and slow service. In spite of a long que of customers in the shop, one of the counter staff just took off. Was after 14:30 so she could not be going for lunch. Multichoise clearly know they are the only show in town, therefore they feel that good customer service is not important

Very helpful with DSTV problem encountered. Reset and off I went. Problem at home still not sorted thus had to call a technician. Still waiting for him to arrive

This agency is the worst service I ever received. If you have pre laminated excuse signs ready to be posted up YOU HAVE A MAYOR PROBLEM! I Spent total of 5H30 minutes here to resolve a 30min problem. 3 Years ago I had to deal with the same busines.... same P!$$ Poor service Multichoice should revoke their franchise.... please send an auditer and have this place investigated... This may not continue any longer!!!

Waiting in line for a whole 2hours!!not even in a doctors surgery have i ever waited so long.worst of all the decoder that they swopped turns out to be faulty it keeps on saying recording error when recording something..do i now have to stand another 2 hours!!your service sucks

Very friendly and helpfull pesonel. My DSTV decoder gave in and they tested it for me and sent me to the right people for a new one seeing that they only repair them and they didnt charge me for their service

I wanted to buy a cable for my decoder. Radio sonic does not even have card facilies - in this modern age of tegnology. Pathetic!

Its the worst service Ive ever received. Ive been waiting from 9am this morning and its already 4pm just to fix a dstv dish and I was the 3rd call of the day. People dont call back either. I would not recommend anyone for their services
