Not a safe place got robbed had my phone and laptop stolen dont use the atm as criminals rig the machine and attempt to clone your card please be careful when stopping there take care and be safe I would not go there again

Stopped here for a bathroom break on our way through on the N12.R2 needed to enter the bathrooms. Luckily there was an attendant at the door to provide a R2 for those that do not have, on the premise that you repay her once you could draw money. For a paid entrance there are room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.She and the gentleman at the shop was very friendly, who gave us change for our notes.The ATM outside unfortunately reeked of urine. Guess someone was not happy with their bank balance... 🚽

THIS IS THE ONLY SHELL GARAGE IN A 50KM RADIUS. ITS OVER PACKED. ITS TORN DOWN SO MUCH ITS BARELY HANGING BY A THREAD. FORGET ABOUT ACTUALLY GETTING A PETROL FILL UP. 1 STAR IS GENEROUS

Its a slow gas station but in a convenient location the attendants are nice and friendly hey cuties.. shell is whatever.theres nothing attractive about it unless If you have a car to fuel otherwise theres nothing else to do.Fun fact there are flats to rent nearby so if you looking for a flat to rent.go there their nice enough and most importantly affordable sharp anyway the steers there ewww talk about lousy customer service the Burger are salty I wouldnt recommend by their other good steers in klerksdrop so whatever shell ultra city has room to improve cos its boring.

Petrol attendance has good customer care... well mannered staff they even ask if you want something from the cafe and they will bring it. They clean screen with passion 💝💝💝

The place is clean and they have enough restrooms but you have to pay for them. It would have been nice if they offered restrooms to clients who use their gas station services. There is wimpy in the same building.

Asked for the table & the bathroom to be cleaned as it stank. Obviously no one supervising the Shell Ultra City, Klerksdorp. Lemon slices not available for my water. Really ???.

The shell is nice and clean. BUT the diesel and fuel prices is more than their competitors AND there is people in parking area begging and bugging clients. I felt very unsafe. I wanted to buy food at steers but did not feel safe. I met a client and he had to do eft because it was not safe working with cash there. That guy is harassing al clients and shell does nothing about it. Wont stop there again. Im very upset

This is a lovely place. It was so crowded when I was there last time. Very clean.

On the n12 nice place for people passing by, has a rest place where you can relax when tired from long drives

Shell ultra Klerksdorp.Incredably poor service!The last few times Ive gone there petrol attendants have been very rude!Unwilling to assist at all! Also treating a paying customer like a piece of **** is UNACCEPTABLE!V point machine/system inside of store has not worked for afew months now!Why is it such a struggle to fix this?!Whats the use of specially fuelling up at shell each time if I can not even use the points Ive earned?!

I came to steers specifically and was very disappointed with the place, aircons not working, I couldnt have my favourite soda float.

My favorite fuel stop, with kinds of eats you like and good coffee.

Never has fuel when there is a price increase.

They locked the electronic door to the bathroom I had to wait 5 minutes.

First time that I saw a Ultra City with coin operated gates at the toilets. Problem is that it takes coins, but does not open.

The presence of the likes of Steers makes this more convenient. However, some stock in the shop does not move and there seems to be no one checking if the items are still fit for sale. I bought a packet of some jelly sweets, when opened the pack, the jellies were no more jellies but stone hard. Too bad for me, I opened them after I had driven quite a long distance

After a long relationship I had with this station. Filling up every forth or third day depending on how far I had to go work. Tip the other attendants for their service, today (30-06-2019 @ 17:30, Car registration, DST 916 NW) I was asked to pay before the the attendant poured fuel into my car. In his defense, he claims they might never know. He then added his bad experience that day. We continued the conversation, I asked him not to paint other customers with the same brush as those who treated him bad. And with a straight face, he stood there waiting for me to pay before. Only then, it struck me that this person I greeted with a smile, has no intention of listening to me.The thought of going to report the guy, with the possibility of him losing his job came through while my mind was clouded with the insult as there is no other way to look at it. And I chose to drive away. I am sure most people whom arent affected by the same incident I had, would not stop going there. But this was my last day at this station to fill up.Thank you!

Convenient and the Steers and shop staff are great. But it irks me immensely that, not only do I have to draw money to pay to use the bathroom when Ive just spent money at your shops, the meter doesnt always work so I have to pay double for using the bathroom. Its small change, but it just seems stupid to make paying customers pay for a toilet

No service at all. I drive past this Shell 4 times a year. Last time i stopped to fill up but had to drive of after 5 to 10 minutes as no one even approached me to offer service. I reported it and the manager called apologising like mad. Decided just now to give them a chance again. Same result. Never will i waste m time like this again.

Diesel is always a bit expensive, you can drive past and buy cheaper diesel in town. However their biltong is very nice

I wanted to stop and buy snacks but they refused to let me use their toilet facilities without paying. Nothing but a money making scheme. Do we need to pay to breathe the air in your shop too as both are basic human needs you can not charge for.

For the 3rd time I visit this shell ultra city I had bad experiences. The service at the pumps are non excisting. The people who fill the cars are standing around talking and the drivers of the cars park at the filling points leave their cars and visit the store or toilet while the people who want to fill up must wait. Dont help talking to the attendants for the m its just a joke

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. No other Shell Ultra City asks for customers to pay to go to the loo. Drove so far past all the bad places to go to a clean place and you get this. Wanted to draw money, but the ATM was out of order. Not worth the stop!
