Good day.Today I want to give HUGE!!!!!!!!! compliment to ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of the staff. From the moment I went in and started to search for my product until I paid and went out. From the next day when I came back with a faulty product, replacement done and “paid” again with my voucher EVERYBODY I came in contact with was friendly. I REALLY ENJOYED MY SHOPPING experience. I called yeaterday and today to findout more about an swing and slide set that I saw there but when Im put through to that department no one answers the phone. I dont have all day to hold and waste my airtime.

Thank you very much Game Klerksdorp for your great service! We looked for a new device (as we had problems with device repairs at Game Potchefstroom). We were not even looking for 5 minutes when Mr Eugene N. Motidi came to assist us. He helped us well with device information and advice and we decided to purchase the device there. Mr Motidi was even as kind as to make a photo copy of the receipt for us because the receipts often fade... The cashier, Ms Hilda, helped us with a smile and politeness! This service made our long drive worth it! Once again, thank you very much, Game Klerksdorp.

Terrible service. Staff stands around having chats with each other. Stood looking at TV for 20 minutes while the guy is on his phone. Laptops and projectors same issue 2 staff members having such a nice chat they Dont pay any attention to customers looking at items. So if u want help u have to go look for someone.

Had to return a faulty product the team and manager at the Console department was very helpful. Thanks Game for good service

Great variety of goods, just dont expect staff coming to assist you on the floor, and if you do get hold of someone to assist, he will go look for someone.

Its OK. Not my preferred shop of choice but dont really have anything to complain about. Ive never had an incident with staff, theyve only been friendly & helpful especially the chap in the appliance department. They have good deals every now & then which seem worthwhile. I do like their toy aisle.

Very poor service, II went in to buy a freezer and top loader washing machine. The Lady in the appliance section was helping me, we had decided on what to buy then a manager came past and told her to help another customer.I was left waiting so I left and spent R 10 000 at HiFi Corporation

They must learn to put the price tags at the right place as it is not the customer job to look at barcode if the prise tag is under that product you want to buy that is the price of that product.Whent to buy blinds and the price was R429 under the blind and at the till it was R629. Then the Manager said it was my responsibility to look at the barcode from when sorry by Game Klerksdorp will never see me again.

Most of the necessary things are on promotion. Helpful and friendly staff. Got myself a beautiful fern with humidifie. I wish I could get extended warranty on it.

Products not always priced correctly on the shelf. Staff packed incorrect products with wrong sku’s. Experienced this three times with the LED bulb shelf. Appliance dep very good - received great service from them on two occasions.

Great service. Every time I am there I am treated like a local customer. I was given the best value for my money as I took my (slow) laptop for software updates. While I was waiting I was recommended on how to improve my laptops performance and given great advice on how to save for my next shopping at game.

I walked in today wanting to look at certain item and their prices. I needed assistance in understanding some specification. But while standing there looking around I saw many a staff groups chatting and laughing clearly enjoying themselves with no care in the world. Worst of all staff out numbered customers.Surely in todays bad economy business will do more to keep customers happy or at least in their stores.I intended to mention this to the manager, but could not find him, to be fair I tied looking for him/her with the same enthusiasm as what the staff had when trying to help me.In the end the opposition gets my money.

Not to good as we wanted to buy 2 Samsung TV on special but they dont have stock. They cant help us. We want to get the tv on special.

Till lines moved very fast and there was more than enough cashiers available but floor staff made no attempt to make sales or approach people that were attempting to buy products in the sport section

Wanted to change my daughters nappy in the bathroom and the cleaner chased me out and told me to use the disable stall next door where my baby had to stand while I change her nappy. she was so rude!

Homemark products not avialable as it is too new adverts on tv been runing for quite some time

Went to take a faulty TV back, Manager called the Hisense guy, must say, not a very friendly and helpfull fella.

Had a good experience there once before but also had a terrible experience on the same day. Wasted for almost 30 minutes for someone to assist us in getting something down from a high shelf as it was the last one in the store.

Its a good store with lots of options for shopping.

I hate the way Game is now run. Went in yesterday. I asked a gentleman working there for the price on a netball ring and stand....he took the box and asked for the price....he came back and told me R250. I asked for a ball size 4 he gave me the heaviest ball and said that is it. At the till yhe hoop scans R700 and ball R300 and its not a netball ball! When i querried the guy starts shouting from the sport department...I am at the till? Since when is that ok? We showed him the box and he gave the price and then he shouts from across the room at me. NO GAME!!!! youre out!
