Unethical practice. They gave me an appointment as I said I was sick and am struggling to breathe. They proceeded to keep me waiting in the waiting room with other patients for an hour by which time I asked them to cancel my appointment so I could go home instead as I felt uncomfortable sitting in a room where I could be making others, including many elderly sick and was also starting to feel much worse myself from sitting there.

I came here with an emergency and just told straight we only do bookings , the doctors are on lunch next free one is in 2.5 hours ... Sickening for people who are supposed to save lives.
