She is a good doctor however the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, got booked an appointment, which I confirmed, on the day of the appointment i get there and the receptionist tells me i dnt have an appointment, showed her her the SMSs but she still rudely told me i dnt have an appointment and i should come the following day, without even asking me if that would suit me. Cancelled everything and I dont even think I will go back.

Very rude and unprofesional reception will never go back there again! I can not believe they get away with treating people that bad.

Shes such a pro in her work! Including her staff she makes you feel very comfortable Im in Bloem but I asked to be referred to her.

Dr Britz was wonderful and profesional. HOWEVER: when it came to the reception.... the receptionist is not very friendly, like in NOT friendly at all. When we wanted to pay afterwards, their card machine had trouble, so we decided to make an instant payment via mobile banking. No problem, it happens.But when we called to get the test results (after payment), they insisted that it takes 4 days for instant payment (which I pay extra for, so that it shows immediately in someone elses account) to clear. The account guy argued senselessly with us. A few days later we called again and the rude receptionist said she knows nothing about it and will phone us back... a week later and we still didnt hear anything from them. So.... we had to drive in all the way from the farm to physically go into the offices to find out whats going on... Im never returning while that receptionist still works there. Shes unprofessional, rude and will turn any friendly person away from their business.Love dr Brits, shes patient and very professional and get you very comfortable for the check up. Im very pleased with her examination.

She is such an angel, had my CS with her about one and a half years ago and ahe helped me through all the process.
