Went for a dentist appointment. They were very friendly and professional. Would recommend.

My goodness i love Doctor Middleton i finally got myself a best dentist in Kimberley he is the best from the beginning he greets you to mouth examination and patient tp answer every question you ask, i have been struggling over two years since i relocated here,from the minute i walked in that floor everyone was just friendly including the lady helped me to open the file(Michelle)her kindness was overwhelming.

Hours indicate open at 8am..web site indicates open at 8am..no additional signage to suggest hours amended.. Clinic Managers phone straight to voicemail.. Sitting with a sick child in the car for the past half an hour.. This is not acceptable...

Service is great and doctors are very helpful. However, even with appointment, youll still wait a long time before you can see the doctor. Like, you can wait for an our after your original booked time.

Dr. Middleton never again. Worst experience ever with a dentist!!!

They never answer the telephone. Ive been tryig for 2 hours to make an appointment. Pathetic.

Went to Medicross Kimberley and asked for a normal dental check-up. The dentist and all the personnel were extremely friendly and professional, they also did a very good job. However, when the bill came, I was charged over R1200 - for a dental check-up, which took no more than 20 minutes.I am completely baffled. The service is good, make no mistake, but if you have a limited budget, steer clear.

Very great full that Medicross are open on Saturdays , but even if you are there at opening time , you still need to wait for the doctor that are 30min to an 1 hour late. That is really disappointing a specially if you are there early waiting with a sick child. And then they arent even feeling bad charging you full price after waiting so long to be helped. Overall I give them 2 stars for being friendly and being open on weekends.

Ive generally had good experiences with Medicross Kimberley, however, even after receiving sms and email confirmation of an appointment I was told the doctor is not in and I was supposed to phone in for a confirmation. I do not understand why they have online bookings and confirmation if a phone call is still a requirement. I only received the notification that the appointment had been cancelled after leaving Medicross. If the online bookings do not work the system should be scrapped to save people the trouble

Greate place and the best doctors but they force maximum patients into the schedule causing every one to wait forever and still charge maximum fee for minimum time.Every time my family visits the doctor its the same story.

Poor service for emergency and after hours. How can no other doctors be able to stand in for a sick doctor???

Can your receptionist at least schedule appointments an hour apart cause they give you an appointment time and when you get here you have to wait scheduled time 09:15 and its 09:43 still waiting its very unprofessional...
