Cashiers are very unfriendly at the Factory shop. Hostile when you want to tap to pay. Dont offer bags. Chat more than they are working. Went back in the past for the quality of the products but even that is lacking. Disappointing.

I ordered MEATY bones, based on the meaty bones I had seen from a colleague who also happened to have bought them from you. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. What I was given was plain bones, nothing meaty about them. Just big white clean bones. Youve lost a customer. 👎

Disliked it , went 2 buy meaty bones nd it felt like I went 2 beg 4 those even thou I was a paying customer , if the process of buying them meaty bones could be changed nd made simpler it would be gud cause most pple buy them but yho the process stink. But overall if u buy anything else the services is gud

Driving from Kimberly to Port Elizabeth

They are taking very long to load trucks and if there is a problem they dont come and tell you what the problem is. After been loaded you wait for hours just to get sealed so that you can leave and you always leaves the premises just before dark and then you have to drive hundreds off kilometers to get to the final destination which is very dangerous to drivers, trucks and goods. Some off the staff is very friendly and helpfull well done to you.
