The waiting time is extremely long for less severe cases, but when you do finally reach the doctors, they are very helpful and friendly.Having had to sit there for three days on one occasion, I have a new found respect how hard the doctors actually do work there. They also do their work very thoroughly, which probably affects the waiting time, but at least make sure that they do everything they can for you.Many THANKS to the doctors at KH!

Actively involved in emergency patient care

The service is pathetic from the gate to the clerk its just disgusting .RMS such a big name for poor service 100 people to be attended by 1 doctor disgrace

Emergencies are prioritised and managed by an experienced team at international standards. Less emergent conditions may be subject to a waiting time.A hand picked team of dedicated Licensed Medical Doctors and Nursing Staff are on site 24/7.Unfortunately visiting by friends and family is not allowed due to the inherent lack of privacy in the unit. Family are encouraged to be available to provide information.

The service in this place is a disgrace... I dnt understand how a doctor can not attend a patient at once n finish...I have been here since Monday still i dont know whats wrong with me...the Doctor checks your bp n then attends another patient..still waiting for the e x-rays results...a another lady was stabbed but still shes not yet attended...is this what gas become of our health care system... The place is dirty... Its a disgrace
