Very poor service by Alex and his team. We bought a couch set and payed extra for treatment to protect it. It was delivered late at night on the 6th of august, and to this day Alex keeps on making promises to cone spray the treatment on, and they just dont come. We are one chair short of our set, and have been waiting since the 6th with no correspondence from house and home . Its absolutely pathetic service and Im closing my account. House and home already has such a poor rating but the horrible service just keeps on coming 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Beautiful display of exclusivity, place to shop at as in definite.

Bad experience of having been sold goods that were not in stock, waiting for weeks for my purchase and then finally deciding to cancel altogether. Wont be shopping here again.

Service terrible, staff lying about a purchase I made and paid cash before Christmas. Comunication between manager of the store and sale terrible. I am still waiting for the delivery after the whole day going to the shop and calling the manager.
