Is a good place to do your workouts, all equipments are already there waiting for you to use them.

The gym is older in terms of equipment and seemed fuller than regulations permitted. But all the equipment was in a working condition and I could do a meaningful training session.

I am leaving a 5 star review due to one individual in particular. Tumi has always went out of her way to greet me friendly.Shes always willing to help me If I require any assistance and will continue remaining a virgin active member due to Tumi always being understanding and friendly(while some are not).

Lately the eqpuiment really went downhill. Rusty and old. Someone.is going to.get injured.

The staff never greet jou when you enter or leave. Not enough low weight equipment in weight section and no high weight in studio because of damaging the floor. They mop dirt onto you when you try to workout in the studio right next to you. Equipment frequently broken or low quality. Almost no new equipment. The wifi does not work, even after asking them to fix it. Has no connection for Wi-Fi at all for its members. Very disappointed.

The staff are very nice and welcoming, the place clean and respectf all covid-19 protocols.

If you know what your body needs and if you know how to use the equipment, its a yes-yes (after nearly 4 years at home training), all in one, cycling, running, suitable and safe apparatus, swimming, different roping, even a boxingbag on the ground that immediately bounces back if you hit or kick it, very practical, off peak times are just fine for me during holidays, not overcrowded, and also time to interact, not realy use the toilets and bathing room, so cant rate it.Im satisfied. You will always get complainers, some people forget to keep a covid distance.

Joining is not the problem, motivating yourself to go after you have joined is the problem😂🤣

Enjoyed working out, clean environment, sanitizers and tissues in place to reduce the spread of covid19, some of the members did not wear their marks.

Most (if not all) equipment is dated. And it seems that the weightlifting section always ends up receiving attention last.Weights are not calibrated and the space is not ample enough for everyone who trains weights. Its extremely annoying when you have to prepare for a national competition whilst you need to deal with broken equipment, unfriendly and unhelpful staff and nasty gym members.

This is by far one of the best Gyms I have attended since the wife I and I gave up her own privately-owned gyms a few years ago. This place is clean, well maintained and the staff working here are all very friendly and always helpful. Even in a gym with so many clients, there still is the personal interest – something the big gyms in major cities have lost. For other gyms it is all about the throughput – in other words money. In Kimberley there is the feel of a private gym were there are still people who are interested in you…

This gym is the best

Went in to cancel contract, but could not find my name on the system, nor any details regarding my contract. Gave all information such as bank details, iI.D number, but my information was not in system, yet monthly debits are being processed. Consultants had a very bad attitude and was not helpful in any way

Staff are clueless, no gym etiquette is inforced, limited and relatively old equipment compered to other Virgin Actives in the country. At least the Kuwai is good.

Introduce more 5am group exercises

Probably one of the smallest and most outdated VAs in the country. Dated and broken equipment. Staff are really not helpful or friendly. Unfortunately the best average gym in Kimberley. Best part about the gym is the Kauai.

The weights setup is good and it has a snack machine. It also has a machine you can use to check your fat percentage, high blood pressure and body weight. It has secured parking and free wifi.

Overall not a bad experience. Often very over crowded in peak times and equipment needs to be repaired or updated. Benches are all broken and uneven and this is very frustrating

They have no control over their circuit. Im constantly having to wait for people who sit on machine for 3+ rounds, sitting on machines not doing anything, and people taking pictures of themselves.

Virgin active kimberly health club they take advantage of the kimberly students and makes them to sign 2 year contract without explaining further the details of the contract and for me it is not a good place to be.

Perhaps the other people on the comment list have not been to any other virgin active. But there is lot of equipment lacking in Kimberley. And most of it is dated. All those red equipment is older than 12 years. But yah it is clean and friendly.
