It is not anymore a center as such, it has a lot of vacant buildings. It doesnt really offer much other than a good pharmacy.

It was very calm, and quiet.. I really enjoyed having peace of mind

It stinks; is frequented by pick pockets; people burn their refuse there so its sometimes unpleasant. Overall its not a place to visit, unless you dont have a choice.
