The receptionist is so rude!!!!She even dropped the call on my ears trying to explain to her about my follow up.Ive never experienced such rudeness.From today Ive decided not to go there. I cannot consult where Im not happy.

For the first time in years i received the worst service ever. The receptionist is rude and fails to accept her faults. Ive been visiting this doctor for over 3years with no problems.. Today I come to the doctor and now the receptionist says I dont have a file and I cant see the doctor. Firstly I made an appointment for 11am, when I come at 11am she tells me that I should come at 13:00pm and that she cant find my file. Now I come at 13:00 again she still cant find my file and she is not sure if the doctor will come at 13:00pm.Im not feeling well. Ive been having dizzy spells since Tuesday and now its a struggle for me to see a doctor.Im really considering changing doctors only because of this rude woman.
