Sometimes it is better to say nothing...Had to service my jeep that was still under service plan. The administrator refused to book me. I had to call Jeep SA to give the go ahead for the service. I struggled afterwards to make an appointment. Phone calls were not returned and email ignored.The people who booked the car in were friendly and helpfull. The car were returned spotlessly cleaned. The Gariep Motors driver dropped me off and picked me up again. Only to wait half an hour plus for the administrator to present me with the paperwork.

Everytime you want to make an appointment they dont answer. They will phone back. Poor poor service. You always have to pay in on your maintanance service. Even to log a complaint they will phone back. Im finish with mercedes benz Kimberley.

Had a Jeep service done recently, no complaints. Would have been nice to get the carwash but alas Covid prevented that...

The workshop is not so wow. Would rather recommend Cargo Motors in Klerksdorp or maybe Bloemfontein. Gariep Motors has a very bad customer service.

Service is beyond bad, made an app April, called August to bring the car, first custormer to arrive, even before the staff, called at 12h15 to be told they got the wrong part. It was on thursday, told the part will come friday the following day, which made me wonder why it took 4 months for the part to arrive in the first place.By the way I got the unfixed car at 16h45 and had to drive 2hrs and 30min to get home.I was called after a month which was September that i can bring the car,Which we got back at 16h30 again.Good (not Great) service is very important.

Service bad...Was not impressed...the engine compartment was dirty and still full of oil drops on covers...like the mechanic worked on a old farm bakkie...did not even bother to clean it properly

While visiting family in Kimberley, staying in Pretoria got breakdown sunday night, ordered Chrysler 300C thermostat on monday giving exact VIN number and showed them the exact part and was promised availability on wednesday, came in to collect on wednesday was told it arruved but was the wrong one and must come on thursday. Wasted a week due to insensitivity and unreliability.

Took the car for service on Monday, Wednesday the car was giving a warning to top up coolant. Even the supervisor at technical was rude. We had to stop at klerksdorp to have the coolant topped up and no one at Gariep called to check if we had been assisted or not.
