Sadly i cannot give a good rating to the service department. Their system of recieving customers is totally out of date and left me feeling sour after every service book in. For the second time the cosmetic internal parts I ordered for my vehicle just do not seem to arrive and no communication from Ford Kimberley to inform me regarding. This time even paid for these parts ahead of time but even that does not seem to help.

Bad experience i had to walk home whilst i had my car dropped off. Still waiting for the car to to be serviced as the invoice was completed wrong on the day that i walked home. Only good thing i experienced was a free car wash.

Good service for your money

I took my car in for the first service. I was dropped off at my place of work in the morning. When the car was done, I was told that the driver will come pick me up with my car and then I must drop him off with my car. I was so shocked by this arrangement as I never experienced this with all the other car dealerships that I dealt with in the past. To me this is not good customer service. I will definitely reconsider buying a car at Ford.
