Absulately rude personel. Walk in for a new contract and after being treated and spoken to very rude walked out to Cell C. Utterly unprofessional!
Great service and thee friendly staff have taken all the steps needed to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. It would be nice to have seating space providing ,standing and waiting for a buggy system to respond is tiring.

Am very disappointed with the service,I was there last month for a contract,I wanted two phone but it was not possible cos the other one was having issues with the old sim that I wanted to use,then that guy who was assisting me said he will fix the matter but he couldnt do so then I told him to cancelled the other contract n he said he did but they are deducting the money.# pissed cos I have been calling the customer care non stop n they are telling me to go to the store

Very poor service. I ordered a phone from this MTN store and Iβve been waiting for nearly a month now because they did not order the phone when they were supposed to, I had to call to remind them. Not to mention that this is not the 1st time itβs happened.

I was at this branch on Wednesday, November 8, 2017. First of all, the two men who assisted before me were also not happy with the service in this branch. Not even phones available to the customer. I personally think there is no service in this store. And this is not the first time this has happened. When I arrived, I asked the lady if they could help me transfer my information from my one phone to the new phone, as was discussed with MTN. the day I upgraded through Head Office. What did I need to hear, Madame we cant help you, we are a francies !!!!!! What would have happened if I had upgraded this branch ????? Who would help me .... ?? I was probably there a month before that, then they didnt stick the phone in, either? Would call me, which didnt happen then. I say when I have to upgrade my internet stick anyway, what is the answer, sorry maam we have nothing in stock ..... we cant help you ........... I really dont hope I ever have to put my feet in this shop again. My upgrade was done by head office, and they delivered my phone to the farm within 4 days. From there, I walked over to Vodacom, the friendliest and most helpful staff, and they were immediately able to help me transfer all my information to my new phone, even though Im MTN ..... 5 Stars plus I give to Vodacom for the friendly help.
