Just wasting of time waiting outside the branch without any help and people which queue is which.

Service extremely slow. Two serve five clients at the teller took about 1.5 hours. One teller open. The other teller (Teller 1) was behind the screen from 09H00 - we could see her counting. An hour later the screen was still closed and she was still busy counting. Is it not possible that the tellers be ready at 09H00 when the banks open. Really with the current loadshedding wasting another two hours in the bank through bad service is really frustrating. Straight forward deposits and withdrawals. The fact that you do not have deposit slips so that it can balance with the actual deposit is also a risk. We have to rely on the counting machine. Three counted at the office and balanced but machine counted R220.00 less. This is definitely not on!

Extremely slow.. The only time I can come is in my lunch time. Which is 1 hours. And stood for more than a hour.

There is a row of 10 people. Manager also does not want to step in at all.
