The people at the airport are friendly and welcoming. A very intimate set up. Not big and easy to get around. Did not like the toilets as they where filthy.Had to wait to get to the hotel

Small and convenient, staff were efficient and friendly.

The fact that I have to haul my luggage closer to the physical exit of the Airports premises is ridiculous and an inconvenience. There is a lack of signage. There is no politeness or standard professionalism in how passengers are addressed when guiding them to check in. You can not address someone with the words Hey, hallo, over here again, lack of signage.

Hello well the airport environment is so good and entire staff are so patient enough they should continue having a sense of humor

Easy access, close to CBD, gateway to the Green Kalahari and Hunting Lodges.

Small, yet efficient. Friendly staff. Very few airlines land in Kimberley, so not much of a variety to choose from.

Nice small airport, homely service, support the Cafe. Greet the airport staff in their own home language, and enjoy plenty smiles!!

Growth is essential for this airport, it can give more than it is currently doing

Staff is respectful, friendly. Only problem is that the car hire is directly opposite of the airport building than the parking area for passengers. The parking is extremely expensive as its R23 for 16 minutes to an hour.

Covid-19 protocols at this airport are seriously nonsensical when compared to our major airports in RSA.Make sure you have sufficient time for the screening miles away from the terminal building in the car park

Its a smaller airport when compared to Port Elizabeth or Cape Town or Johannesburg Airports but the people are very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee shop at the airport but other than that there arent too many shops. There is a mall close by.

Incredible views when taking off and landing here. Small airport where planes literally park a short walk from the building. Small restaurant in arrivals and counter selling refreshments. No facilities through check in other than toilets. Parking upgrade complete. Can be slow through security so allow for a few extra minutes. Car hire available.

Restaurant needs an upgrade theres menus at the tables and lots of customers but no service, everybodys complaining my suggestion franchise asap.

Worst food service in the history of small town airports. Seriously, rather stop at McDonalds on your way to the airport. I’d rather eat the left over paper from my roll of sweets. Never mind the waitress who couldn’t bother to even acknowledge my existence when I ordered she hardly even looked my way. I had to repeat my order 4 TIMES! I ordered 1 sandwich!!! And it tasted like it was 5 days old and the chicken mayo had a kind of ‘tang’ that it most definitely shouldn’t have had!

Honestly the parking at this airport is pathetic,When you have to pick someone up there is no parking and the security tells there is no parking,so where do u have to wait of u waiting for someone, outside?But there cones blocking the parking spaces?

What a pathetic place and people. The workers stand outside in the sun all day talking. No one is ever where they should be. No service !!!! Those who are supposed to work stand and shout at each other (can not speak normally), jokes are the order of the day and of course no work is done. Rather close this airport, because its a shame !!!!!!!!!!!!
