I bit of justice to what a customer need will be appreciated gor a takeaway. The need for extra sauce for the chicken to stay juicy is all u ask after a long day, but dololo when u get to your place.

Very bad experience.... i put a order at 13:55 and i recievedit only around 14:45.... they did not make my order and did not even say sorry.... i was travelling so it delayed me an hour... i was so upset...my wife and kids were waiting in the vehicle in the hit...

Its a mess. Why place an online order and pay for it but upon collection you have to stand a long queue made up of customers who are placing orders?They should resort to having a till specifically for online orders and Mr D collections.

I love Nandos a lot, but the service, not so much. If you dont ask about your order you will wait while people who came after you get their orders. And if you dont check your order, you will walk away with a wrong one. I ordered mild and they gave me hot. I guess theres always room for improvement though...

Very bad, cheating and criminal experience.my order number was no 700. I ordered half chicken on special. I was given a mixed bowl. I noticed on my way to Kathu. I am owed an apology, this cheating must stop ,this in not a banana Country where is my consumer rights?

It was bad if it is not a wrong order they dont give you your full order. They were not busy today so I didnt expect they will cheat me again on my order. I always order full Chicken And then ask them to cut it but today I ask them not to cut the Chicken, but they didnt gave me my second chips only got one which is unfair, what I discover is that when it is takeaway you dont get the your full order. Sometimes I just give them stars but I decided to speak today I not going to buy any more at Nandos you cant make same mistakes every time we are spending money to buy and also supporting the company I not going to do it anymore I will spend my money elsewhere. I didnt check my order because before I left she told what I ordered so I left. I Thought if I told them not to cut Chicken I wont have a problem with other things to my surprise they did it again.The problem is the staff who are doing the order. I think they deserve that one star.
