There is ZERO hygiene. Machines are absolutely disgusting. Water on the floor (If you don’t mind being electrocuted, then sure). Needed to use a laundry service because our washing machine broke and this was the closest. I will NEVER return to this place ever again. Your clothes are better off being washed in the dam across the road than in this place. I’m shocked that the health department hasn’t shut this place down or marked it as a human rights violation.Ground zero for any and all bacteria or viruses you can think of. Disgusting to say the least.

They are a coin operated self service laundromat with very convenient opening hours from 06:30am-08:30pm daily. They have atleast 5 x working machines. You need to have new 5x R5.00 coins. They have coin operated driers also. But I dont remember how much the drying service is but you use R2.00 coins.

I can only describe my experience as tragic..I was quoted an amount and assumed it would come with my clothes being folded and ironed as do other Landry services I have used in the past I woud have been happy to pay extra if thats what I needed to do to have them folded and ironed. A day later I collect my laundry and Im told the original quote was wrong and actually have to pay more...Then my laundry is given to me... Its not folded its not ironed... its course as if no attempt to fabric soften has been attempted. Im shocked at the lack of care but would have been happy to leave it there and just not go there again.Honestly was so turned off that I bought a washing machine and have committed to just do my own laundry.I later relised that a whole host of my clothing is missing.And to be clear, I dont know whether they have been lost at the laundry or not. But my clothes are either in the closet or in the washing basket so if items are missing they could have been left behind at the laundry.I phone them to check if its possible my missing items is in their lost and found.The lady who does the washing basically says she doesnt remember someones of my name coming, accusing me of not even bring there at the place.I get upset and say look do you have items like mine on your lost and fond yes or no? She cuts the conversation and gives the line back to the lady at reception. First time ever visiting such establishment, Thoko was very helpful & friendly. Laundry done, looks ok.

The machines are very old, but they get the job done. Easy and quick.

Not happy, went to get my clothes washed and dried today.Got my sweater back with a hole in it, which they hand stitched.They folded it and put it inbetween the other clothes.They said nothing about it and still had the audacity to charge me full price and didnt worry that they damaged a brand new sweater.

Super service

Only 3 out of 10 machines are working. Machines are not in good condition and are no longer washing clean. Que is always long before you can wash your laundry.
