I purchased a Dell Precision 5520 from Super Communications and although it arrived a bit later than expected, I was very happy with it. Then it bombed out after about 2 weeks due to the charger not being recognized anymore (it wasnt an original branded charger), which is perfectly acceptable in most cases as this is a refurbished laptop. I had some strict deadlines for my studies and had purchased this laptop purely to support the software so one can imagine the stressful situation I found myself in. First a new original charger was sent to me, which didnt work as the battery had been drained. Then I had to send everything back including the laptop for fixing. Needless to say, it was backwards and forwards and I ended up having to borrow a laptop in the meantime. The reason Im giving a 5 star is because throughout this ordeal, Marcelo was an absolute star! He is the epitome of what it means to be good with customer service and really went out of his way to fix all of the issues as they arose one by one. He made an executive decision to just fully replace the laptop so that I wouldnt experience anything happening again. If it wasnt for his constant communication and just very pleasant and proactive approach, there would be a 1 star here. Refurbished anything can be luck of the draw, which I understood, but it helps to have someone understanding and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Marcelo, it was all appreciated.

A few months back I purchased a Dell Precision T1700 from Super Communications, had the hard-disk upgraded to SSD, and memory expanded to 16GB.The price was still amazing, even as I needed a good graphics machine for high end engnineering CAD workSuper service, the machine arrived as promised, but recently I needed the RAM upgraded so I self-bought a 1x16GB ECC RAM module, assuming I could just plug it into the machine (to upgrade to 28GB thus), but to my disappointment found that the machine had 4X NON-ECC RAM in (and not as per the spec sold to me).I contact Marcelo at Super Communications who apologized, and immediately offered to fix the mistake, seems some mixup got the wrong RAM installed as it was deliveredNeedless to say, at ZERO extra charge to me, they replaced the 4X 4GB NON-ECC RAM in the machine to 1X 16GB ECC-RAM, allowing me even to upgrade to 32GB (their replacement and my new 16GB module)I must complement Marcelo and Super Communcations at immediately, without cost to me, rectifying this mistake, and even actually upgrading me at zero extra chargeHighly recommended supplier !

I paid for my laptop on the 21st of Jan, only received it 17 days later. When I received it, the computer was not functioning, and I had to have it returned. Once again, no communication from the owners. I had to call to find out what was going on. There are companies out there who are way easier to deal with. I suggest you look elsewhere.
