In 20 years of business we have tried many IT service providers, and have even tried taking it inhouse, with varying degrees of success. For the last 18 months we have been using Massador for our hardware, network infrastructure, anti-virus, and backup solutions. Using their managed support solutions, problem solving has become preventative, which means things just work. On a network of approximately 20 computers, and approximately 20 other hardware devices, all of varying ages, that is quite a feat. We are now on the longest period of uninterrupted business due to IT related issues, and being a Digital Printing business that is critical to us.
