Went in for my vaccination jab. It was literally few of us about 6. No que no delays. I registered early in August but couldnt go. I only managed to walk in today and didnt book. The service was quick and excellent. No side effects yet will wait for 3days. I took the Pfizer as J&J is out of stock.

Went there to have my vaccination done. No signage to direct you... so I had to ask security. Staff at the Vaccination Center was very friendly and helpful... the security at the Vaccination Center not so friendly or helpful. Other than that the process went along with out any problems. Vaccination Center is clean, well lit and spacious. The 15 minute monitor room has more than enough seating space..... will be back for my 2nd jab the 1st week in December......

The service was excellent fast and friendly totally forgot this was a government department👍

Great place to host events. Security officers are more friendly to visitors than official that works there. I felt welcomed by the Security personnel around the premises. They just need to work on compliance of Occupational Health and Safety Act in general.

Ekurhuleni traffic department service was terrible. We got there at 14:25 and wee told they wont allow any people in because they close at 15:00 so they will only attend to the people inside so they can knock off at 15:00. Very bad service

They had 3 queues for different age groups and very well organized. 2 and half hrs and we were done with the vaccine. Staff r very helpful and polite

While like any other public clinic long waiting times etc. The environment and atmosphere is orderly and relaxed to an extent.. With accesable bathrooms and a shop nearby should you need something

I took my elderly mother for her vaccine here. Security and staff were great. The building and gardens are in serious need of repair and Maintainance. Its a pitty to see it in such a state

I give the covid staff 9 out of 10 for their services. They are freindly and very helpfull. The older people are put to the front of the line. 1 person of the staff was ubrupt. Not rude, but very ubrupt.

Good eveningYesterday was at the clinic as their patient. I arrived early in the morning and the civic center was still locked by the time. Gates where opened exactly at 6am and i drove in straight to the facility parking. Since i was the first to arrive it meant i was number one. I informed the guys that found me there Id be in my car since it was cold and warmingly they agreed.Stepped out of the car 5 minutes before 7am and the clinic was opened at 7am. By 7:30 we wre done. I was with my wife by the way.Walking towards the parking happy about how good the service was and planning to drive my wife to work. We noticed our car was tampered! That very moment we both became sad, without panicking i looked around and noticed that theres a camera. I felt relieved. We walked to the main entrance of the civic centre. The security guard call me Motsweni. We told him everything and also how saddened it is to get our car tempered with, my car badge was stolen in the government facilities. I mean I felt safe and free during my consultation.Mr Motsweni was honest with me, he told me the facility doesnt have any outside security, security guards are employed to guard the building not the surroundings including any public space but why guard the building and have parking with your clients cars vulnerable hence your cars are well guarded.I was then transferred to Dion, whom handled the situation so well and accommodated our frustration. He asked us to write him a statement which we did. Just because we had so many questions he called the so called City manager and told him about our incident.When we walked to his office he was sipping coffee Im just guessing we waited to be seated! Me and my wife.He asked us to seat a lil bit further and i was asked to explain from the beginning and all the steps i followed.I told Mr Isaac City manager nor customer service about what transpired! He never gave us any attention he  kept working with his laptop and sipping his coffees.And his response was like This is a public space like the Cbd, theres nothing we can do about your damage, we will sort out the camera  i asked him as too are you saying we should be worried about our car when we visit the facilities all the time? he said you park your car at your own risk without any empathy! Is that customer service!The gentleman even threatened to deal with me!Isnt his job to take care of the community!What criteria where used to employe such a bossy being that has no empathy hence he deals with people.The way he ordered Dion to take us out just because we didnt  agree with him when he compared The Civiv centre with the CBD!He pointed a finger at me while addressing me, which is still unprofessional and another level of disrespect coming from someone we expect to have empathy. He should know he works with people.  He should know hes not bigger that the constitution!His job is to serve...... When we attend the facilities we all about getting service and feel safe in the process.  Why is the camera not working!Why guard building hence youve got a whole yard?What danger do the public that came for service impose in the building?Mr Isaac you got a nice office thats warm and your car is well guarded thats why you dont have empathy.I will not rest until service are well rendered in the security department. I was here for my 2nd inoculation. Although there were only a few of us in the lane for pensioners, it took still 2 hours before I had my inoculation!!!

Poor services send me away 2 times and today again 5 Aug 2021 help only they want. Sassa office but he help the black people behind me.

The place gets crowded most of the time, making it a possible hotspot for COVID-19 transmission. It does not help that some people choose not to wear masks. The atmosphere there there is also stale

Went to pay my municipal rates today at the Kempton park municipal office and found the place closed due to system issues. Had to travel to another municipal office in Tembisa and the system was running just fine with no issues. This is the same system used in the Kempton office.This is not acceptable as it is clear that the staff in Kempton park just decided to take half a day and close earlier at 12:30 pm than prescribed closing time of 15:30 pm. The executive mayoral committee of the Ekurhuleni municipality has to look into this as it a blatant abdication of duty and lack of service delivery.

I went to SASSA . The staff were all friendly and helpful.The toilets were nice and clean.The only problem is standing for a long period in the queues. For us the pensioners specially with back and arthiritis problems, it is very hsrd and painful.Jeanne Fouche

Security Guides Best Fast

Was accosted by a Marshall who threatened that he would not let me in if I continued to refuse his pink sanitizer. This is after I showed him my own, which is clearly marked as containing 70% alcohol. I was ready to fight him. He eventually relented. I am extremely disappointed.

Actually they dont deserve a star. They couldnt control the crowd. And the men were just pushing their way in. No taking temperatures,no sanitizing and social distancing.🙄😡😡 definitely a place to contact Covid

Took me 7 hours to license a new car. There were about 3 clerks and 500 people at least. Long queues only move a little bit every hour. HORRIBLE service

Please can someone tell me what the CORRECT numbers are for the Kempton Park Municipality? None of the 999- numbers work...no one ever answers the phone - not sure if we have municipal staff actually working at the municipality, but not even the switchboard answers the phones!!!! Useless!!! Not even worth 1 star!
