Pathetic service (Security receptionist AND Chem Fit receptionist). Wasted 20min trying to get in to ChemPark for seeing a consultant or technical rep regarding pigments and additives. Security receptionist even told me to do a site induction. What a joke! Chem Fit receptionist not assisting with any managers / reps numbers and just tells me that there is no one that can take my call. All of them are on the road. PATHETIC! The two receptionists mentioned above spoke for a while on the phone whilst Im waiting patiently just to be told that there is no pigments as everything is in Cape Town. Waste of time, luckily there are some other suppliers in the same vicinity.
