Wonderful friendly helpful staff and a Heaven for outdoor people.

I was pleasantly surprised. Its bigger than you expect and have more than you think. The staff is sharp, no pun intended, they remembered everything I spoke about on the phone even days after.

Very friendly people assisting at the store where I purchased them but overall I am not a happy customer.I have been wearing similar Freestyle boots for more than 10 years without any problems. Then decided to purchase my first set of Wildebees boots and the one sole came loose after wearing them three times. I could not return them as it was lockdown so I glued the one boot.Both boots soles came loose after some more hunting. I have returned them but it is now more than 5 weeks later and I will have to purchase other boots as I cannot hunt at the moment. This is not good from Wildebees and also not convenient. I am sure it is a common problem and do not understand why it is not resolved sooner.

Unfortunately when we visited the shop, they were very low on specifically Wildebees clothing.The assistants (students/children) were not very helpful as well.

After being a massive Wildebees supporter I asked my nail tech to please do a set for me inspired by Wildebees as Ive also decided on ordering some camo wear from Wildebees as well. This absolutely ridiculous joke of a company decided to attack and slam my nail tech for using a wildebeest similar to their logo for my nails, this is the response and sarcastic feedback from whoever runs up their marketing, Im pretty sure this dutchy had too much Brandewyn when typing up their responses, from attacking to threats with lawyers, an absolute joke and I will not leave it just there, moerse kleinlik

This is one of my favorite outdoor shops to visit. They have the best clothing and are very helpfull should you need assistance with your air rifle or bow. They also have a shop on the premises that sells affordable grocery items and a coffee shop. Very nice people.

I enjoy the product, but the online shopping is a nightmare. First I ordered, payed for the product, then a few days later they tell me they dont manufacture 2 of the items I ordered anymore. Then there was an issue with the amount they quoted me for shipping. Then they sent me the wrong size pants. They sent me the correct size afterwards, but I had to pay for the shipping back to them for the pants THEY wrongfully sent me... All of this could have been avoided if they communicated, but the communication is 2 out of 10
