I went in there for the timing chain to be replaced, the guy asked me to go buy the part by myself but I refused because I didnt want to spend more money without a warranty, the guy told me that they cant buy parts as the VAT is too high, then again he said he will speak to Bosch and send me the quotation, and I told him I dont have a problem paying high as long as I get a warranty, since then I kept on making follow ups on the quotation, he was always like he will get back to me, until today still waiting. They dont deserve to work with customers
