My parents have been staying there for 17 years. And they are still happy to be there.

I only got R2700 when I moved out instead of R7200 of my deposit. Their deposit is a scam. Im really disappointed after cleaning the floors and stripping polish.

It is a complex.what can outsiders really add?

Flats are huge, security is on point... Swimming pool and play area

Very nice and secure place, convenient to those who might want to commute, food outlets and butchery just around the corner

I was comfortable with their security system though thetes room for improvement there.

Its a good, safe place to stay. I wouldnt buy a unit or retire here but it serves the purpose for now. Some units have problems with little cockroaches and the service received is poor but its okay for a transition period in ones life.

Security...but the rent ....since I put in notice ..the rent has trippled🤦‍♀️..R7200.... no electric heater.. dont use geezer often, dont cook often, TV and fridge cant consume R1600..electricity per month...😮
