The worst place you can stay on KEMPTON PARK -ZERO on MANAGMENT THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU ON TIME !! before you move in look around flats with no electricity they will over bill you and treat you kak after !!very expensive rather kempton place CITY PROPERTY!!

Poor management, not impressed with how the securities and management treat their tenants. You never get an accurate answer to your question. They take forever to fix complaints. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. You stay if you want to make your life miserable 😟

I would not recommend Kagiso house to anyone. My stay was not pleasant, and honestly parking space is a pricey. your complains are never attended to in time, even the onces youd consider urgent. And the noise is too much. My overall experience was not good.

The management to this property is the worst there ever was, you practically pay an arm and a leg for nothing. when is comes to taking your money they are very opportunistic, the property is in a secured area and if it was looked after accordingly it would be one of the best around kempton park. the management never even replies to emails when you have queries, they are just disorganized and not proactive thats all

Urban living. Not a place you can call home. Free Wi-Fi and excellent security.

I only went once, two bedroom with a shower and a balcony open plan and narrow kitchen/living space. Felt cramped

No comment. Im not an a fan of flats, I just prefer free standing houses.

Kagiso House has terrible management who ignore customer queries. More than 1 unresolved issues 6 months later even after several escalation to owner Prince. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Management is rude and the rules there are too ridiculous, finger print entering system at the main door, if u stay here you cant bring visitors as you wish.

The security are very rude I just came here this month n their system is down they could not registered today they let me stay outside whiles it was rain this is very poor service
