Received awesome service yesterday at the store the manager and co-workers assisted me well and gave me the best deal possible. It was my first time at a cash converters and definitely wont be the last.

Hi guys, please dont use this cash converters! As most times i tried to use it i have not been helped like i should of been. I try to use it now and then because its close to where i stay. Alot of customers leave there upset. I normally just go to a cash crusaders with the same items and stuff i get properly assisted and normally recieve about 40% more in value, you can go see this for yourself.

The place is full of wonderful things, all affordable or reasonably priced.The staff is friendly and very helpful.We went there to buy one thing but came back with a whole bunch of things, the owner ,a very lovely and informative lady showed my son an antique table and chair which he fell in love with it is like she knew he would love them. I like their great deals.

Bev and team, I wrote a terrible review a while back and hereby I would like to congratulate you guys for saving a sinking ship the store is always fully stocked with a wide variety to choose from, very helpful and friendly staff going that extra mile by providing excellent customer service. Bev and team you guys are always there for your customers and that is a tipe of service thats very scarce today.

New ownership has really turned the shop around, mostly new stock (like brand new).The prices are also very reasonable and fair.The staff are warm and welcoming as well as friendly in their service.Will most definitely see me often.

UPDATE AND REMOVAL OF MY PREVIOUS POSITIVE REVIEW.I, today, despite being recognised by one of your staff members as I regularly stop by your store was told by the beurocratic security guard to turn my cap backwards for the cameras to which the staff never who recognised me agreed. I lifted it and faced the cameras but that wasnt good enough.Sorry, but Im not going to jump through beuroctratic hoops just so that I can support your store. Your store up until today was a regular stop for me but will not see me again.This was not a requirement at 3 other cash convertor stores I visited before this one today.Im sorry but that was really silly and I dont have the patience to deal with nonsense just for the sake of it.

The technician that works there doesnt know what hes doing. Went to sell my iPhone and Huawei and he said they are both fakes. Went to Apple in Midrand, they checked both phones IME numbers and they are both original.Please train your staff. Or is it because you guys didnt want to do a sale?

TERRIBLE, FOUND OUT MY TV WAS PAWNED THERE BY SOMEONE AND I NEED TO FIND OUT THE DETAILS BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES, EVEN THE HEAD OFFICE TRIED CALLING THEM AND SENT THEM AN EMAIL STILL NO RESPONSE

Rather unsatisfactory, one staff member does not know majority of the stuff we are wanting to sell.
