Terrible customer service! Item I ordered looked nothing like it was advertised. Trying to return it is an actual nightmare. They only allow 7 days to return an item BUT THEY DONT ANSWER ANY MESSAGES/CALLS OR EMAILS and they just ignore you on watsapp. 0/10 recommend!

Dont even bother ordering from them, I ordered about a month ago and I still havent received my order, they dont reply to emails or calls. So dont bother yourself

No replies to emails, no replies to whatsapp even though the guy goes online.Eventually got my step drill bit.Email or whatsapp - a quick message is all it would have taken to get a better review.Changed from 1* to 3* because the price is still the best, and I did receive the right product. Legit - so Im glad.
