Had a bit of an incident where I purchased a speaker double standing boom box and returned it because the radio feature wasnt working I asked for the back as I was taking the unit to the cape and needed to buy another one urgently the next day but promising to still pay for the unit once repaired. I was refused point blank. They didnt want even part with half the money in good faith I shall return for the unit oncd back from the cape but had to find a replacement pronto! This experience left a bad taste in my mouth but they did repair the unit which I collected the following week. Prices on consumables arent that cheap either.
