A firm favourite in the area. This store has been around for well.over twenty years and has definitely made a difference for those who want to do a quick grocery shop on the way home or get some last minute supplies. Sergio and the management team are amazing. Fully visible and present at all times and ready to assist any customer with anything they need. The staff in general are very friendly and professional. The shop although one of the smaller branches is always well stocked with a wide variety to choose from.Highly recommended for a great overall shopping experience. They go above and beyond for all their customers. Its just amazing.

Very disappointed that an order I had placed had not been prepared or even passed on to the correct department. But management did go out of their way to make sure that I got part of my order when I complained, and that was appreciated.

Good sensitisation process at point of entry. Good social distancing adherence at all queues.I use this branch as it is my closest. It caters mainly for the older population that is prevalent in the surrounding suburbs. Good specials often on many staples.The staff now greet me on a personal level and do not insist that my 83 year old mother comes into the store to achieve a pensioners discount.Fair parking area, sadly still without enough shade cover from trees.

One of the better pick n pays to shop at. Far better then pnp Auckland park.

A convenient small store. Aisles are a bit narrow and gets pretty crowded on weekends. They have a good bakery also a Sushi counter where you can get fresh Sushi everyday.

Quick stop shop in the way home. Good management. Always find what I need. Aramex post. Atms nearby.

Its a perfectly fine pick n pay, meaning that, as far as pick n pays go, its average. Completely average in every possible way - there is no wow factor, no outstanding products or services, the service is not especially good or even especially bad. From what i have personally experienced there, the desire to handle conflict properly and de-esculate an unhappy client situation is non-existant - if you, as the customer, have an argument about aSomething that should be on special (for example) but isnt on special, then thats just your tough problem. They will not listen to your argument with any intention of solving it or finding a compromise, let alone actually rectifying the situation. The 3 or 4 managers i dealt with that day were arrogant, unhelpful, racist and just plain rude
