It is a very great n clean place

It is always nice to spend time there at makentshe students accommodation

Located near the University of Johannesburg Soweto Campus within walking distance, this place is ideal for undergrads to stay at. It is has a commune house which they call The Mainhouse and other separate flat rooms that are for sharing and others single rooms. It is a vibrant place as there are other student residences around and on weekends there is always some place where theres a party going going on or some loud event. The management is great and they care about their student customers. There are usually two caretakers during the day that keep the place clean and meat for the students. They normally claim that they have a shuttle to the campus but it is yet to be seen. The place is safe and secure, there is an electric wiring fence and security cameras around the place. The place during weekdays is normally quiet because most of the students are at campus attending lectures. The place is also nearby the route of taxis going and coming from Baragwanath taxi rank close to Baragwanath hospital. Student can do their grocery shopping at Bara mall which is very close by or in Maponya mall which is a trendy attracting place for most young people around the area. This accommodation also has an entertainment room for students to unwind and socialise in, there is a wall television with paid DStv, a pool table, place for braaing meat and sound system for music.

Clean,updated accommodation, family feeling.

You must be prapered to suspend your engagements because sometimes you wont cope bcz of what drunkards students do especially fridays

The place is ok. It has got single rooms where privacy is respected, but you get to share the kitchen, toilets and showers. The place has gas stoves and I find this beneficial in case of loadsheding. The team is professional and its just a normal student accommodation :| ...
