Ive been visiting Rosebank for many years. This place used to be very lively with restaurants packed with patrons. Obviously covid has changed that but there are still a lot of restaurants with people visiting them. Im happy to see Tashas is still here. Still a great location for an evening out to enjoy some food. Some shops have closed unfortunately but there is still life at the zone.

Quite a number of restaurants to choose from. Everything is spread around so for couples, they can take a romantic walk through the mall and the Zone until they find the spot to settle at. There is ample parking and it does not get full so it feels comfortable walking around.

What a place this is. Its actually life. Vibrant and energetic.

Its a nice shopping centre, what I dont like are the long lines to be able to get inside shops.

Great place for a mid week date nights or outing with the whole family

There is seriously convenient parking at every corner. Like you want food, park underground near the food court, or outside. Google maps always takes you to the most convenient parking. They also have Admyt which works out great for me. Selection of stores have closed, although there is still a great variety that remains. See my other reviews on specific stores here. They really are always buzzing as far as the scene is concerened.

Its a cool place to hang out with lots of things to do for the whole family and a lot of eating places as well.

The vibe was so good. I enjoyed their carrot cake and the view outside.

The zone is great, lots of parking and restaurants as well as fast food outlets, a gym, clothing stores etc.

Doppio Zero is close by. An A1 restaurant. The service was amazing. So many changes taking place so if your sense of direction is a bit off you might struggle

The have so many restaurants at one place, I love this place, because I have so many choices.

Great vibe and atmosphere. From coffee to culture and beyond The Zone has got something for everyone. Offices at The Firs to chilling or working at Motherlands . Pamper and pleasure to work and hustle. Art to business.

Rosebank is a serious place. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxed. Dont rush when you are in Rosebank.. Take your time and enjoy yourself

Its a nice mall. But quite unstructured and confusing. Doesnt make much sense . But you have all the stores and entertainment

This is my 1st working trip to JHB, the Zone Rosebank, very beautiful mall, lots of Halaal places to eat, lots if restaurants and fast food outlets, good security In place, I can just imagine how vibrant it must have been before Covid 19, however its central, safe and affordable eating places. 😀

We celebrated my wifes birthday at CALISTOS. .The service was excellent and the food was awesome.Try the medium spiced chicken. The pizza was tantalizing.

A good place to relax with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from.

The place has been recently refurbished. Looks beautiful. Usually filled with people and lots to eat, drink, see, have fun at, relax and do shopping. A great place for kids, adults, takeaways and sit ins. Different kinds of food from sea food to sweet delights, coffees, pizzas. Wonderful and vibey atmosphere and plenty restaurants if different types to choose from. Eating areas are available and the fun company for games, table tennis, snooker tables, golf, balling etc.

Its a great place to take the family. It has all the shops you need. All halal restaurants. A Jamaat khana. Its a great place to shop. Great vibes too. The Sunday Market is also amazing.

A very convenient shopping experience. The mall has good facilities and a wide variety of eating places. The feel is also eclectic with different levels of concourse. Also with the Gautrain station just outside it is also very accessible.

Covid-19 has had a negative effect on this once a upon a time, wonderful shopping and place of relaxation destination.

One of the last Open Air Malls in Johannesburg, the Mall has undergone a multimillion renovation recently, I am not a big fan of shopping mall but I must say that Rosebank is by far my favorite mall to hang if I have too. If you have time for a Sunday morning run, come and please feel free to come and join us for a 2.5 or 5 km run with Discovery Myrun. After the run you can go and enjoy delicious coffee or breakfast.The Zone @ RosebankWith a Gautrain Station on its doorstep, Rosebank and its cluster of indoor and outdoor mall spaces is a popular weekend destination. The precinct attracts the crowds with an African market, a choice of local fashion and international fashion labels, supermarkets and restaurants. For local fashion and novelties The Space, Big Blue and Sowearto are good stops and theres a M.A.C. cosmetics store with catwalk-styled store assistants. This is where young, fashion-forward people like to shop. With a kids entertainment zone, cinemas and pavement cafes and restaurants, on weekend nights and holidays the place throngs with youthful crowds.

The place has no public parking 1st....Managed value people by looks inside the mall ...if you that cool funny or tsotsi born face security turns your day off

Nice, safe area that you can go and walk around. The zone is a mixed area of shopping and restaurants both inside and outdoors. It is popular with tourists and the young crowd. The area is safe, and is connected to the Rosebank mall.

This place though.... I love how big and nice it is.. Crowded and very great atmosphere, sometimes I feel like its small but we get things we need at this place.. Thats important.. We need that in this life and I think we need more and more and more and more and more and more stores in the mall.. But you know

Theres no reason why I would penalize the place. Nothing was an inconvenience.

I love this shopping mall, its clean, quiet and has everything you need in one place. Its also very safe to take a walk around the mall.

One of the best malls I’ve been to, easy to navigate around the mall, the beautiful range of restaurants and food outlets. I love the fact that there are sanitizing stations all over the mall and it’s quite clean. The market upstairs on Sundays is quite awesome as well.

The Zone @ Rosebank is a fantabulous place for shopping, entertainment and for food. It consist of a food court which has varied outlets of different cuisines, where one can enjoy meal peacefully. One of the best mall in Johannesburg North I have been to and is easy to navigate in and around the mall. I love the fact that there are sanitising stations all over the mall, also it is really clean. The rooftop market on Sunday is awesome.

The Zone @ Rosebank is wonderful place for Shopping, entertainment and for food. There are a lot of parking but we have to pay for it, there is a food court where we can enjoy our meals with peacefully. There is a kid zone where kids can have a lot of fun. There are a lot of cloth outfits for a lot of different brands.

It is quite nice, the lovely thing about this space is the number of shops available, so depending on whether you want a quiet space or time with the fam, its ia easily accessible via Gautrain, Uber, taxi and even bus, certainly a go to place for your needs.

Melrose Arch Christmas lights are awesome. Well worth the visit if you have kids, just to see the lights. If no kids then Goliath comedy club will give you a boost.

I dont know about the whole mall being rated, but the movie theater is of hight quality and does observe and respect the rules of COVID-19. I was satisfied :)

As I stand 17th in line to pay for parking.... I remember that the last time I visited The Zone I promised to find a better facility to shop .... there are only 2 pay machines in the outdoor area ... one only takes coins... no one seems to have any ... the other machine is clearly also broken ... takes forever to give change. Nearly 2 minutes per customer for whole transaction. Weird. At a time when so many businesses are going to crash anyway ... maybeminimum service isnt a bad idea. Just saying.

Its a good place to go out on a date because of variety and class. The mall is big enough for you to roam around and explore. Exclusive shops selling unique stuff
