2 separate orders for delivery since store opened. Successfully delivered: 0/2. So you have to go to the store yourself and collect. By the time they phone you, you get there and get back through the congested parking lot, pizzas are cold and soggy. Really not worth it because you only find out they can’t deliver over an un-intelligible phone call long after the money has cleared out your bank account. Pizza perfect far more reliable, fresher and tastier.

Slowest restaurant every received my order after 52 minutes I was promised 15 minutes

Its ok .but Im not sure about going back there. Spent R89 on small pizza that is supposed to be a medium-sized pizza. And the Boyz seem not be there .too busy doing God knows what !

Ordered the Boss pizza special numerous times and it is always delicious! My experience with placing an order telephonically has only been pleasant so far. It saves a lot of time compared to ordering in store. The staff are also friendly.

Service is terrible and they can’t get your order right

I placed on order on the app. 1 hour later the pizza was still not delivered.Called the shop directly twice and the call was not answered.Wont be wasting my time with Pizza Hut again.

Absolutely shocking service. Nobody answers the phone. Had to wait 35 minutes (instead of the promised 10 minutes), poorly informed and uncommunicative front shop person, dreadful vegetarian pizza with no identifiable vegetables. Stringy awful pizza. Will never go there again. A truly dreadful experience.

Horrible experience with pizza hut bryanpark. 2 Hours later and still no feedback of where my food order is. Phoning the branch does not help...no clue. Really bad service
