This company is offering guarding services in our complex and i have never seen such a gross violation of human rights. We had 3 guys who resigned because they were not being paid while the home owners have paid the company. As i am writting this review we have a woman who have been on duty since Sunday at 06:00am and today is Monday and she is still on duty. When i approached the lady she told me that the guy who was supposed to relieve her didnt show up and when she called the office they didnt do anything about it so she had to work another shift. This is a woman who havent had a bath, a proper meal and sleep for over 24 hours. It is a shame that as a complex we are associating ourselves with such inhumane treatment of workers. This doesnt only compromise the health of the workers but compromises our security as well. We cannot expect someone to be awake for 24hours it is just crazy.

1 man show with absolute poor services with a staff of 4-8 non trained guards with no contracts with no ethics and no human relations not paying his staff while working for full pay months while owner gets paid around R30k-R40k p.m. for guarding only being cancelled
