Ordered BBQ chicken fillet... Got Chilly chicken. Sent it back. Got same Chilly fillet, disguised with BBQ sauce. Terrible. The most disturbing was the staff attitude. No apologies. Kitchen staff having a laugh.

Friendly service always...enjoy weekly and weekend breakfast here...

This is absolutely THE BEST wimpy!!!Dont waste your time with Clearwater mall or Princess Crossing after numerous bad service!The service was quick, friendly and the food was fast and tasted like wimpy did when i was a kid! Will definitely be supporting this wimpy again!!

My wife and I were in the mood for some bacon and eggs, and Wimpy Florida was the place to go.We enjoyed the fast service, clean shop, and fresh food.The potato chips were slightly substandard and ooooh the tomatoes - what is that!Anyhow, the visit was pleasant and what we wanted.We may even try it again!

New Wimpy for us. Had a little dispute with waiter. My wife is allergic to eeg and asked for a replacement. You pay for the replacement and the replaced. No compassion or understanding.

Staff and food is great. Reason for a 2 star. I found out that the manager takes the tips if you pay by card. Which in my opinion is the worst possible thing you can do in the service industry.

Bad service my order was all wrong they delivered white bread when I choose whole-wheat bread. They did not even include serviette and cutlery which I asked to be included. Ordered with Uber eats

Cappuchino at Wimpy is always excellent quality however the service at this restaurant should be improved: waiters could be friendlier and more energetic - impression is given of having to work instead of wanting to service you!! Toilet facilities was in a mess and request had to be made to clean it before it could be used!

Pity no smoking area

Went for an ice cream with my grandson. SO DISAPPOINTED. Service was excellent. Ice cream insipid with no sauces or sprinkles. Not what menu promised or what my memories remembered. Wont see me again.

This relates to Wimpy - Florida Junction (Wimpy Roodepoort) which is at the corner of Ontdekkers Rd and Christiaan de Wet Road).Ive been sitting at this Wimpy for about 40 minutes now, and in that time I havent been greeted by any waiter or offered a menu or anything.The funny thing is that the waiters are up and down around me serving other tables.Very poor service. I rarely come to this Wimpy. I must say its not even close to the standards of the Wimpy I normally go to in terms of service.Pathetic
