It was my first visit after hearing a lot about them and although they are situated in midrand and i live in sandton , its quite a distance but i wanted to see what they have today .i didnt get what i wanted ,however this is what got my attention;having come from an international customer care industry and being back in south Africa after many years of traveling the world for my work i must say i was totally surprised, from the min we entered we were greeted with a smile,and not sure if they are the owners or staff but they actually came up to us greeted and asked if they may help ,,wow,, the young men were very pleasant and the ladies also were very polite and professional,, i must say its the first shop i have been to here that gave this kind of service, they definitely know how its done ,,they definitely know how to serve with a smile and trust me it was not a put on thing,,it was genuine ,,,i was totally in awe ,, absolutely impressive i must say,, a lot of business here can learn from them, keep it up guys ,you doing an exceptional job,,remember merchandise can be bought anywhere as the market is rife with competitors,, but people come because they are served and treated right, its not about quantity its all about quality. i only go where i am comfortable,i pay for what i want so i should be treated accordingly..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for you guys...

Today, in this store, moong dal price is jacked up to 50 Rand per Kg as they probably realized people are hoarding it. I talked to other shops in area and have been promised stock tomorrow at 32 Rand per Kg. To owner - do you realize that you are taking undue advantage of situation?
