My husband and I were looking for a very specific cage, and were promised just that. We asked a hundred times if the lady was sure, and she seemed very confident. We waited over a week for our cage to arrive and when it finally came it was probably less than half the size we were promised. I asked the lady why she lied to us and her reasoning was because she hasnt had that specific cage in her shop for a long time which is bull because if she would have just done her homework and asked the other store we wouldnt have had this problem. I think shes just lazy and actually doesnt really care about her customers or their needs.

Didnt know that the open plan style Cat Box Pet Hyper store was even in existence untiI I drove right past it. So I swung into an easy parking spot right outside and in I proceeded. The design of the place is such that it is a two storey build , open planned style so there is an up and open feel inside. Stocked with the usual cat n dog food products, well known brands that you dont find on the shelves of retailers like PnP , checkers , Spar..only available from an exculsive retail pet Hyper store like this , oand from vetenarians. An array of other cannine + feline products you will find here. YOUR , grooming products anything for your pets.Ive been wanting to replace, my 3yr kittys, litter tray with a newer modern one. Well I did just that , there were a selection of 3 styles to choose from.The owner of the store assisted me with the choice of which tray to get. Great establishment with everything under the sun for the cat + dog in your life. Knowledgible..and friendly service from the nice lady ;who is also the owner, works there.Prices are good , not over priced.Ive found my where to go to pet hyper store for all things pet related.
