Airport Pets is a pet store that I love going to in my neighbourhood. They offer a great variety and quality of products at affordable prices, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what you need.

I bought my dogs kennel there last week and the gentleman helping us assisted us from start to finish. We were more than happy. He even advised on the correct kennel for both summer and winter. Our dog is beyond happy with her kennel and other goodies we bought there.

Very poor. Sales teams waiting to assist and seems like they work on commission as the person helping us shouted at the others that they should leave us as we his clients. He sold us all the wrong things and was clueless about dogs. Extremely disappointed. When others tried to help he snapped at them. On check out was not even given the measuring cup with the dog food. Wrong products advised and give. A waste!!!!!! I am in Boksburg and someone should come and swop all the wrong goods. Changed my pups diet and wrong quantity advised. Spent almost R3000 and regret going there.

They have fresh stock !nice friendly staff too always helping pay point to car like that dont need to touch nothing thats till I get home !

What a big place. Catering to all your needs. Very clean and staff very quick to assist you. So many pet products and even saddles for horses. Parking on site and outside on the pavement with a carguard. Found food for my goose, which I cant find everywhere.

Airport Pets is one of two Mega pet stores. One in the east and the other in Pretoria, if you cant find what youre looking for here then you just may not find it at all. These guys have everything from decor to functional pet beds. Definitely a must for the pet enthusiast.

Daro cat tree CAT452 is NOT suitable for adult cats. I bought one from airport Pets and it is not steady enough fir my cat. Service for other products was great.
