We had the most incredible experience! Thank you Avi Sacks for arranging!! We had a group of about 60 people to test for antigens. The sisters came to our premises. They were punctual, quick, efficient, proffessional. We got results right away, printed. When 3 boys misplaced their results, we reached out and very shortly thereafter received a digital copy. It is THE best place ever!!

We were referred to you because of your excellent service but it has unfortunately been a mess. We get that you are overloaded at the moment but there is no information on your site about how long we are going to have to wait (72 hours and still waiting) and we were on hold twice for 40 minutes each on your phone number (you do not have an e-mail) only to be told there was a slight delay and results would be out in about an hour or so. The option on your phone line to get a result does not work. What was referred to us as a great service is now feeling like nothing more than a scam.

Only testing centre open om Sunday. Despite having to work on a Sunday staff was so friendly and helpful. Test took only 15 minutes. Thank you for your hard work Testaro.

Ive used Testaros services at Bompas twice, and Ive accompanied someone there once aswell. The service was top-notch and I appreciated getting a call to check that I received my results

Very unprofessional. You have to make 4 calls for them to get your name right. They cant hear you cos they having a party in the background. They giggle at everything you say. They finally send you a confirmation which says that the nurse will be here between 9 and 10. But they try to phone you to say they on their way. If a sick patient is resting and waiting for the bell to ring, they want you to answer the call. But you already confirmed that they will be here between 9 and 10,so why call? When you call them, the male nurse says how are you, how are you, how are you and when you tell him that you are waiting, he cuts the call. We paying a pretty penny for unprofessionalism. Use other companies

Very uncomplicated test. Choice between throat and nose. In and out in 10 minutes. I received the results in 6 hours.However not suitable for international travel because the do not use the internationally acknowledged term negative. Instead the certificate says not detected. This will not be accepted in most countries on arrival especially when not anglophone - disappointing...

The Testaro mobile nursing provided an outstanding service in testing three members of our household for Covid-19. Nurse Abigail & her assistant took every safety precaution, put on sterile PPE, masks, visors etc. were professional and friendly. It was worth every cent of the call out fee to have this done safely in our garden instead of queuing for hours in a drive-by testing. We had the tests done at 14h30 yesterday and by 09h00 today received the results on email (negative fortunately). Booking the test online was easy & efficient and we were able to track the time they would arrive. Payment is easy by mobile credit card or EFT.I highly recommend Testaro.
