Disgusted in the attitude of the sister who helped take my fathers blood . Marie Nel . Terrible attitude asked her 3 questions about my dads health didnt even give me an answer or the time of day to even look at me . But was quick to ask for my credit card . When you go to a place where your families health is in the hands of others your expect to be received with compassion and love . Not a cold bitter woman. Its a pity because its a great facility .

The doctor was friendly enough and helpful, but the support staff at the doctors rooms were awful. No interpersonal skills to speak of.

Advertise as closing at 18.00 on Saturdays. Their phone is not answered from 17.15. Everyone has already up and left by 17.30. In an emergency, dont bother.
