I arrived at 07:00 and was only attended at 11:00 and receptionist staff service was very poor they said they dont have treatment for flue and I asked for a letter to prove that I was at the clinic , they firstly said they dont have letters anymore which found and for me to get a stamp it was difficult the guys from reception were busy laughing I stood almost 20 minutes waiting for the letter to be stamped.Mmmmmm what a poor service

When I arrived some stuff members complained about me being late, google said they close at 8pm, The doctor felt the need to tell me she was a doctor (because Im a peasant) The manager and the nurse were nice people though.
