Zero recommended. You can stand for like an hour or hours without the queue moving while being burnt by the sun all you can hear it’s the chats from inside. The mothers are standing outside with their small babies for hours sometimes they can even chase them and tell them to come the following day … the following day same story. The needs of the community are being compromised for the nice chats the nurses are having.

Today I was at the clinic, arrived 8:30- 9:00amthere was a long queue for mothers and babies for their babys vaccines. When its our turn outside around 12:00 ,the manager tells everyone they closing the clinic and theres a stuff member tested positive for COVID-19. We should come back tomorrow, with no guarantees if it will be ready tomorrow.Yet they still continue to service other people inside the clinic....Personally the clinic always have excuses at Best Valley clinic . My son is due for his six months vaccine but he is already turning 8 months in 8 days.Nothing makes sense in that clinic.No consideration for people waiting outside rainy or sunny, for more than 3-4 hours or even longer.

If you are in need of medical attention dont go there, those people dont wanna be bothered they want to sit in groups n enjoy good chat n sun....

I had seen bad services but this clinic goes to the top of it. A very terrible terrible service, the nurses need to understand that the people come before their job, the only reason they are at the clinic is to serve the community. A very rude personality, a very disturbing place to be at.

Rubbish clinic I ever come across. 14h51 everyone is on lunch. They must go to jeppe clinic and observe how to serve patients. To wait 1h30m just to collect family planning pills...yhooo mhlola this clinic

Bad service,there is a nurse called Fikile who is heartless. Was there early this week. She was busy with her fone while theres a long que outside. She chase me back almost 3 times telling me that she never called me, after an hour i went in and greeted her she just looked at me and said nothing l. After a while she said Im listening as if we ever speak. I explain why Im at the clinic she just keep playing with her fone and tell me to go outside. I waited thinking maybe she was joking. She called me back after a while and gave me a letter that transfer me the hospital. I dont think Fikile the nurse deserves to work in that kind of environment shes a bully and heartless.

I was there today and the sister called fikile she treated me and my son so bad she has a stinking attitude towards patience.she dosent deserve to work at the clinic becoz of her attitude .she is not better than anyone being sick does mean we should be treated like trash. She should lean to treat people with respect.

If its cames with me.That lady called Fikile she dont deserve to save us.cant they get better place for her or she must Mop the floor.she is very Rude.I dont know why the Management cant see that.best way we must report to Department of health becz das unfair.shoutting at the people like she have no family.no man can stay with her.

The services are somewhat better but not convenient if one is in a rush for medical care.

It is another very bad placeWent there with a kid, got hurt while playing, that place is so full of people, it seems they do it on purpose, the queue moves very slow, the nurses either are incompetent or they are sabotaging it. It is not clean, the restrooms are not clean and theres water on the floor, it is a massacre going there. It is hard to understand how they operate in that manner, I can not see any solution for this, perhaps firering the entire staff ...Too bad👎👎👎

I am appalled by the service in the clinic... I needed to use the bathroom and the man cleaner told me I couldnt because it was wet and he was not going to clean the floor again if I walked in and i had to make other plans.

This is one of the worst clinics ever where you find the nurses camping by the gossiping about each and every one who walk pass them
