I went to the clinic for my childs 3days only for Them to ask for a small pink card that they gave me when I was pregnant n I think I misplaced it because I cant find it at all. Now the clinic refuses to assist me because of that small card, till now they refusing to assist really dont know what to do. They are so so rude I dont know why

Very terrible. I took my wife for labour at 9am in the morning. She was 3 centimetres. The Nigerian midwife is really rude. She treats people badly. It’s 12 midnight now n my wife has not been checked. Do not go there for labour. It’s a terrible place to be for a pregnant woman.

Oh my God! The nurses are RUDE. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! They dont offer services they should be offering to the community. I was told to leave around 8h30am after waiting on the cold from 5am!It was my third time visiting the clinic without getting any help. Im nolonger going back!!!

Took my elderly parents there for Covid-19 vaccines, They reported kind, efficient and helpful staff and experience. Outside pathways however require maintenance and repair to allow wheelchairs/elderly to safely traverse.

Went there 6am this morning with a 3 month old baby in the cold, got told we need to join the line eastward of the gate, went and stood 1h30min then a staff member tells us we need to join the same line 2 other nurses told us to leave.My wife has a painful, possibly infected C- Section and to rejoin the almost 100 meter line again because of unfreindly unhelful staff is really dissapointing!Whats going on, is the staff volunteering or being paid to serve???

Im here for help and I have been ignored from 9:30 . The facility is empty . I am the only one here To collect prep...Whilst Yesterday i was sent back home because they couldnt find my file. Lunch hour pops up and they all exit the staff room to go and eat. I tried to voice out but was told Sister Matshidiso is on leave.I should be patient....as they go eat...Im hungry and I have no options for feeding. Around 2pm I took a video of them and thats when I got attention. Round about 3pm Im done with my prep and I need my immunization for prevention. Met a woman called Popy whom told me to go to east bank clinic. She refused to inject me. I asked for help on that day....then my next appointment can be in Eastbank clinic. She refused and told me she is knocking off at 4pm ....that she was not there for me. It was just her 3other nurses. No patients were there . Ive been taking my prep and prevention in that clinic from 2012 . Despite the fact that they treat patience badly and sit around all day I never accumulated this kind of problem. I was alone...just me.

Maternity Ward staff that was working on the 19th November 2019 in the morning was the worst , I had the most horrible experience and Im still suffering from the damage that was done to me. I want to lay a formal complaint,, I just dont know how to yet.

Bad service ever. They broke my tooth and when I go back they give me attitude as if it was my fault and the lady at dentist reception doesnt know how to talk to patients at all.

Dentist department such a terrible department and its receptionist, bad service, inconveniencing patience and letting them leave in pains without any help.

What a pleasant experience, taking Gogo for regular check up and the staff practising batho pele and attending to the 80 year old first. To my suprise other patients were willing to let her jump the queue...Alexander community ino buntu.Wish other clinics and communities can learn from this.

The Dentist room was fast but the receptionist had a bad attitude towards people.
