As you walk in, the staff makes you really feel welcome and the interior is pristine and lively. As for the food, marvelous! The ribs and burger were perfectly well done. The pizza was good but could have been better and the fries were on point, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Had driven across this establishment multiple times not knowing what I was missing out on. Love the multi-tier open landscape view especially now thats its summer. I would suggest booking in advance if you want outdoor seating as the place is always packed. Restaurant is suitable for any time of day and meals are very affordable. I highly recommend.

Staff are great, from the guys at the front door to the waiters.Generous portions and really good quality. This was our first visit and now that we found them, we will definitely come try some of the other dishes. We ordered mince nacho and pulled pork pizza, very tasty.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Papa Pronto. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a good look and feel and the food was very good. I will definitely recommend the Macoy burger, which is one of the the best burgers around at the moment. The lasagna, pizza and pastas was very good and also enjoyed by the family. The lime milkshake was good but the chocolate milkshake needs to be more chocolate. Had a chemical taste which could have been the syrup. Overall a good experience and we will definitely recommend this restaurant to other people.

Have driven pass it many times and have been curious abt it. And today was the day to try it out. I really enjoyed my chicken strips pasta and my wife enjoyed her prawn pasta.That frozen rose cocktail may sound innocent but packs a Turkish punch! If you ever curious about a place just quench that curiosity and stop at that place and give it a try. It may surprise and wow you.

Beautiful and ambient restaurant. Perfect for a Sunday lunch, romantic date, business meeting or Friday night cocktail. Interesting decor with something noteworthy to see in every corner...even a Candy Bar!.Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating spread across three floors. The third floor is my favourite place to enjoy my favourite cocktail (old forty niner) on a Friday evening. Food is always good and the portions generous. Service is always noteworthy. Today we were served by James who was very attentive without being overbearing. Kyle the manager is hilarious and very helpful. If you are in the neighbourhood I suggest you give it a try...you will not be disappointed.

I was just here minutes ago. Popped in for a quick lunch. Good ambience. Food came on time. Staff are good. Absolutely blown away!!!My super cute husband organized a kids friend date night, called Papa pronto before hand saying he wants to do something nice for me. They asked what the occasion was and he has mentioned “just because” - but they made us feel like it was for a anniversary or something grandFirstly, the roof top is a stunning setting!Secondly Vusi was amazing! Truly just so much more than the average waiter.Thirdly they really spoilt us with overly generous servings as we shared all 3 courses. Pictured is the halloumi cheese starter that was significantly bigger than we expected.We were so very very chuffed honestly and felt so soul filled when we left! Thanks guys!!

Easy access right on Witkoppen. Three level restaurants with nice views. Relaxed ambiance & popular with families. Famous for their pizzas. I tried one and wasnt disappointed at all. My friend had the chicken pasta with is honestly the best Ive ever had in a while.

My husband and I went there yesterday for his birthday. Wow, Wow is how we felt. The service and the food was out of the top drawer. Our waitress was so attentive and whatever we ordered arrived at the table steaming hot. Compliments to the Chef - delicious food. Wonderful experience!

Papa Pronto is amazing! The pastas and pizzas are different and delicious. The delivery service is absolutely fantastic and, on occasion, you receive a surprise treat- a lovely box of sweets. The decor at the venue is so beautiful- love the umbrella decor on the 2nd floor and love the views from the 3rd floor. Thank you Papa Pronto for your amazing food and service.

I pass this place quite often but its my first time stopping by , decided to give it a try. The wings were amazing it could use more heat.Our main took sometime but I think its due to covid times, less staff and all that. I prefer thin base pizza, theirs are a bit thick but its still pretty good. So overall, good vibes, friendly waiter and great food.

The outside is very attracting, the inside is vintage but still bringing a good vibe.We went yesterday evening for supper.I must say, when we arrived, the manager and the waiter were discussing about tables trying to fit everyone inside because of the rain and completely ignored our presence for at least 5 minutes.We then got a hello and a sorry.Once we ordered food, my partner and I, both had pasta.The food came out quick and was very delicious.When our food arrived, I asked the waitress for a spoon, it literally took 10 minutes for the spoon to arrive. My partner already was half done and I was still waiting. Then I asked for garlic, that took another 5 minutes. When I started eating, my partner was almost done.I end up eating alone and so did he. I am really disappointed about service, its super slow.The welcome on arrival was poor too.

We love Papa Pronto mainly because it is close to home and their banting pizzas are awesome. We had breakfast on their top floor one morning and the vibe is good. And of course we love the cocktails they have, however an expansion on that scenario including an official cocktail menu would be great!. The views at sunset are awesome.

The restaurant looks very inviting when you pass by and the decor is absolutely stunning. The food is definitely above average and goes with the vibe. The reason for my rating is the poor welcome that we received. We did ask not to sit at the top, as it was too hot and were told that its the only table that was available. When we wanted to leave, as we saw several tables available we were then given a better seat. The servers and waiters were very pleasant though.

What a cool place! Papa Pronto is just awesome, they have three levels, ground floor, Mezzanine and the roof. All 3 have out door seating areas and i believe smoking is only on the ground floor. I must say I was disappointed by their lack of gin cocktails in the menu. This is a definitely a build they can work in considering the vibe if the place. The roof is big and refreshing. Ample social distancing between patrons tables. The staff are super friendly! Will definitely be going back- hopefully they will have a wider list of cocktails.

Had the prego pizza, was fantastic, the chicken was succulent. Usually chicken on most pizzas is dry or too sweet with the sauce they add, this was great if you want something savoury.

Racist restaurant, we went there today and they would not let us in back people. They said we can only order take-aways, it was not curfew around 7pm, and we could clearly see open tables and other people inside being seated. In 2021 South Africa, companies still find a way to exclude certain races, its sickening.

We ordered the housestyle cheese burger and bambino beef burger for delivery. The service was amazing. My order was delivered within 30 minutes. And the burgers....wow. Delicious is an understatement. And the accompanying fries was so yummy. We will definitely be ordering again.

The Gem of the Northern Suburbs. From outside the big windows with interesting lighting draws your attention and you think to yourself: It must be ridiculously pricey. You are sorely mistaken. The inside is spacious, well lit and comfortable to move around in. The service is impeccable, and with 3 floors and 2 outside areas, finding suitable seating is an easy task. The menu is where your problems begin. It ranges from meat, pasta, to even a simple French toast breakfast and of course the most decadent selection of pizzas. Even with pronto in the name, I was still amazed at the speed with which my meal arrived, and after the first bite I knew I was in pizza nirvana. The pinnacle of the evening was receiving the bill and realising I need not eat 2 minute noodles for the rest of the month. A true experience that has made me a loyal customer from this day forth. Service 9/10, speed 9/10, decor 9/10, final invoice 10/10. Turn off your stove, get in your vehicle, and go there now!
