So so disappointed with Jelena and Tombstone Factory. My Aunt used them back in 2018 for my cousin tombstone. My Aunt passed away and it was her wishes that I have the same tombstone done for her as we did for my cousin (her son). I contacted Jelena via whatsapp, NO REPONSE. I asked a friend to please go to them on my behalf as I live in CPT and Jelena sent me a message asking for my email address. Ive waited since the 20th April 2021 for the quotation but to no avail. Sent messages, emails, tried calling but nothing. I have eventually had no other choice but to find someone else. I went to Royal Tombstone who immediately contacted me and sent me a quote within 20 minutes. Such a pity as I would have really have wanted to honour my Aunts wishes.

I have received excellent service from Tombstone Factory. Initially I thought we will have problems since it was during lockdown but everything went well smoothly from planning, choosing the stone and installation. Jelena kept me up to date on the progress, sent me photos and She gave me great advice.I would like to say thank you and I recommend their services. My family and I have had the absolute pleasure to experience the impeccable customer service provided by Tombstone Factory.My siblings and I are based in Gauteng, however our hometown is in Eastern Cape Matatiele, so naturally our first instinct was to shop around for service providers in and around the KZN/EC area. The family was very particular about the tombstone design we wanted and we were not confident that the service providers we had visited would execute it well, as this was an international design. So tombstone factory, although very far from Matatiele was an option we wanted to explore, and boy was it the best place we had landed.This process can be rather daunting, especially if you are dealing with a service provider that is not efficient and lacks communication. We have previously used service providers who did not involve us in the process like Tombstone Factory did. I particularly appreciate that Tombstone Factory brought a personal touch to the services provided and literally made us feel like we were their only priority. Everything was done and delivered according to communicated time lines. Jelena told us that the Factory will close for Dec holidays , she will prioritise our stone for early 2020. We were all happy. We agreed on installation date, boom lockdown level 5 was imposed. Jelena kept up posted during level 5 and 4. Beginning of June she told us she is going to enquire at the cemetery if they can install. Mid July i received a text that they are ready to install on the 27th of July.
